1. All quotations are subject to change until formally accepted and confirmed.
2. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of specifications, dimensions, drawings, and technical requirements provided.
3. Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to production, material availability, or other operational factors.
4. Goods once sold will not be taken back.
5. Interest at 18% per annum may be charged on overdue payments beyond the agreed payment period.
6. Akash Spring Manufacturing & Co. shall not be liable for losses arising from incorrect customer specifications.
7. Subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
