Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Most products manufactured by Akash Spring Manufacturing & Co. are custom-made according to customer requirements.
2. Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
3. Goods once sold will not be taken back.
4. Refunds, if approved, shall be processed solely at the discretion of Akash Spring Manufacturing & Co.
5. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
